What I Bring

I’m a scrappy, creative, and thoughtful advisor with 15+ years of experience helping leaders at inflection points get unstuck.

I spent 8 years at IDEO, where I led innovation work in higher education, workforce development, and corporate learning.

Most recently, I led fundraising and partnerships to power Pursuit, an AI-forward nonprofit launching low-income New Yorkers into high-wage technology careers.

I have a depth of expertise in economic mobility and bring a designer’s toolkit to every challenge.

I work at the intersection of career pathways, adult learning, and life transitions.

I think in systems, but believe real change happens through relationships.

I’m especially good at flying at multiple altitudes. I can advise on systems change, organizational strategy, and program-level tactics, all in the same conversation.
