I’m a creative strategist and operator with 15+ years of experience helping leaders and teams learn, build, and grow.

I work best as a trusted partner, think: part-executive coach, part-chief-of-staff.

I enjoy flying at multiple altitudes and am equally comfortable leading user interviews, pitching partnerships, or crafting a great story.

I’m especially drawn to work related to economic mobility, human connection, positive psychology, placemaking, and motherhood.

  • I design learning experiences, retreats, and cohort-based programs that help people connect, reflect, and grow.

    I have specific expertise with Design Thinking, creativity, and leadership development.

    • Evolve existing programs to better serve participants and organizational goals

    My role could include:

    • Discovery conversations to understand participant and organizational needs

    • Program and experience design recommendations

    • Program delivery and implementation (i.e. detailed itineraries or agendas, communications materials, facilitation of key sessions)
