I’m a creative strategy & operations partner with 15+ years of experience helping leaders and organizations learn, build, and grow. 

I work best as a trusted strategic partner, think: chief-of-staff to lean teams with big dreams. I fly at multiple altitudes and am equally comfortable leading user interviews, creating better processes, or crafting a great story.

I’m especially drawn to work related to economic mobility, human connection, positive psychology, placemaking, and caregiving.

My Offerings

    My role could include:

    • 1:1 interviews with stakeholders

    • Inspiration gathering

    • Synthesis and pattern-spotting

    • A narrative Insights Brief or Impact Report

    • Support for funder, board, or stakeholder conversations

  • I design learning experiences, retreats, and cohort-based programs that help people connect, reflect, and grow.

    Organizations come to me when they want to:

    • Shape new offers or programs from early ideas

    • Evolve existing programs to better serve participants and organizational goals

    My role could include:

    • Discovery conversations to understand participant and organizational needs

    • Program and experience design recommendations

    • Program delivery and implementation (i.e. detailed itineraries or agendas, communications materials, facilitation of key sessions)

  • I work shoulder-to-shoulder with mission-driven founders and lean teams to help them grow revenue and impact without losing the heart of the work or stretching themselves too thin.

    Leaders come to me when they want to :

    • See their challenges and opportunities in a new light

    • Add capacity without adding headcount

    • Feel less alone navigating complexity, ambiguity, or adversity

    This work often includes:

    • Ongoing strategic advising and thought partnership

    • Sense-making and prioritization
